Audrey’s Hatbox is a small business born from a love of puzzles. During the pandemic lockdowns, former Australian journalist and magazine editor Margo Nugent turned to online puzzles for mental stimulation. She began creating puzzles using digital tools and sharing them online with the community.

Encouraged by friends and family who wanted physical versions, Margo opened her first Etsy store in late 2024 and has since connected with high‑quality custom puzzle manufacturers in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. By focusing on these regions she can offer domestic postage rates while still serving customers worldwide by special request.

Today Audrey’s Hatbox continues to turn exquisite online puzzles into physical versions for traditional puzzlers. Our family‑run team is passionate about bringing you unique and gorgeous designs. There’s nothing we love more than seeing your finished puzzles—please share your photos with us!
